Nutrition support for GLP-1 care

Your patients eat less. Every meal has to count.

Nibblio is a GLP-1 nutrition companion for physician-supervised care. It turns protein targets into today's meals and this week's shopping list, and supports patients between visits.

Food guidance only. Clinical decisions stay with the physician.

The gap

Eating less doesn't mean eating well.

On GLP-1 therapy, patients eat far less, but their protein and micronutrient needs stay. They're told to “eat more protein”, but create the meals alone between visits.

How Nibblio reaches patients

One program. Three sides that benefit.

Clinics and pharmaceutical companies offer Nibblio to people on treatment. Patients use it every day. Doctors see how the plan is going before the next visit.

1

A partner offers Nibblio

A clinic, or a pharmaceutical company's support program, gives the patient an access code.

2

The patient follows the plan

Meals, reminders and adjustments for hard days, every day of treatment.

3

The doctor sees progress

A one-page overview before each check-up, shared with the patient's consent.

For patients

Daily guidance built around the treatment, with protein first and gentler days when they are needed.

For clinics

Patients who keep to the plan between visits, and an overview before each one, with no extra work for the team.

For pharmaceutical companies

A patient support program for the first months, when it is hardest to stay on treatment.

For patients

A companion for every day of treatment.

Protein first, every day.

One focus a day, built into every meal. The plan follows the weekly shot: more protein early, lighter food on the days appetite drops.

The daily protein focus

Hard days don't break the plan.

Feeling sick or not hungry? That day gets smaller, gentler meals, and the week still balances out.

Focus card on a hard day: smaller, colder, still enough

Reminders that know the treatment.

A nudge ten minutes before each meal, an evening protein check, a reminder on dose day, and a heads-up the evening before the day that is usually hardest for you.

Logging takes a second.

Tap "I had what was planned", snap a photo, or just say what you ate.

Log a meal

Swap a meal. Shop from the plan.

Any meal can be swapped for one that hits the same target. The shopping list comes from your plan for 3, 5 or 7 days, with the amounts added up, and shows the week as a whole.

Shopping list

Progress you can read.

Protein day by day, weight from your weigh-ins, and lab results as printed on the report. Before a check-up, share a short PDF overview with your doctor.

Every Sunday

A week worth sharing.

A short recap of your week, built from the days you logged: days on target, protein, and the hard day you got through. Gold in Nibblio always means you did it.

Weekly recap
For clinics

Continuous support between visits. Clinical decisions stay with you.

Your team leads the treatment. Between visits, Nibblio helps patients with everyday food questions, so they feel supported throughout the process.

Pre-visit summaries

What changed, what worked, what to discuss. In development.

Fits your existing workflow

No new systems for your team: you onboard the patient, Nibblio covers the food side between visits.

1

The doctor enrolls the patient

At the check-up the patient gets a code or QR and installs the app. Consent is given in the app.

2

The patient gets a plan and reminders

Meals that fit their rhythm, a reminder before each meal, adjustments for hard days and a weekly recap.

3

You get an overview before the visit

Protein, days on plan, hard days and weight, on one page.

Pharma

Fund patient support. Not prescriptions.

Pharma funds a defined number of programme seats. The programme stays manufacturer-neutral, open to any adult on GLP-1 therapy under physician supervision, whichever medicine they were prescribed.

Fixed fee for service capacity

Never linked to prescriptions, products or volume.

Aggregate reporting only

Programme engagement and experience above a minimum group size. No patient-level or product-level data.

No say in clinical content

Nibblio keeps full editorial control.

No value to prescribers

No payments, gifts or benefits from sponsors to any doctor or clinic.

Pilot 2027

500 patients in Serbia, evaluation agreed with our partners.

We're preparing a 12-month programme with partner clinics and pharma companies. Before it starts, we agree on what to measure: patients reaching their protein target, weekly use, time in the programme, and what patients and doctors think of it.

How we work

Clear lines, written down.

Food guidance only

No diagnosis, no dose advice, no medicine names in any data patients see.

The patient owns their data

Explicit, revocable consent. Patient-level data goes only to the patient and, if they agree, their own physician.

Built on published guidance

Protein and meal logic follow current nutrition guidance for GLP-1 therapy.

Measured, not promised

We report what we measure in the pilot, including what doesn't work.

Where we are

Built, tested, opening up.

Built and working

The app is built and runs on iPhone and Android.

Private test

Invited users, in small groups, so we can listen to each of them.

Questions

Questions people ask.

What is Nibblio?

Nibblio is a companion app for people on GLP-1 treatment. It plans each day around the treatment: what to eat next, how much protein is still missing, and what to do on days with nausea or low appetite. Clinics and pharmaceutical companies offer it to their patients.

Which GLP-1 medicines does Nibblio work with?

Any of them, including semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide. Nibblio follows the treatment the doctor has prescribed. It does not recommend a medication or a dose.

Does Nibblio replace a doctor or dietitian?

No. Nibblio gives food guidance only. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe or advise on doses, and decisions about the medication, the dose and your health stay with the doctor. We document its device-software classification and review it before adding any feature.

Why does Nibblio put protein first?

Weight lost on GLP-1 treatment can include muscle, especially when protein drops with appetite. Nibblio sets a daily protein focus, builds every meal around it, and shows in the evening how much protein is still missing.

What happens on a day with nausea or no appetite?

Tell the app it's a hard day. That day gets smaller, gentler meals with protein still in each one, and the rest of the week adjusts.

How can a clinic or pharmaceutical company work with Nibblio?

Through a pilot. A clinic enrols patients with a code or QR at a visit and receives a one-page overview before each check-up. A pharmaceutical company can run Nibblio as a patient support program, co-branded or under its own brand.

Who can see my health data?

Only you, and the clinic or program you choose to share it with. Data is processed under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection and GDPR, it is used only for your plan, and you can delete your account at any time.

What does a pharma company see?

Aggregate programme metrics above a minimum group size. Never identities, patient-level data, product-level data or free text.

Who pays?

Pharma companies fund programme seats for a fixed monthly fee. Patients join through their clinic, and individual subscriptions are also available. We share pricing in a pilot conversation.

Where is data stored?

Hosting and any transfers outside Serbia are assessed against Serbian data-protection law and GDPR, with a data protection impact assessment before launch.

Who is Nibblio not for?

If every one of your patients already sees a dietitian each week, you probably don't need us. Nibblio is for care teams that can't cover daily food questions between visits.

What stage are you at?

We have a working prototype and are preparing a 500-patient pilot in Serbia for 2027. We don't claim clinical results.

When can I start using Nibblio?

Nibblio is in a private test with invited users now, and the public beta is planned for Q4 2026. Leave your email and we'll send an invite when your spot is ready.
